  7. ¼The  development  the  last  years is
  8. making  the  scene  more regular in a
  9. way  that  I  think  is really great!
  10. You  see,  each year we get some kind
  11. of  official  partys!  We are getting
  12. some  kind  of  Scene-Year.  
  13. ¹
  14. First  it  starts  in  the end of the
  15. year with The Party in Denmark.  That
  16. is  the  greatest  event of the year.
  17. And  the  most important competitions
  18. are   there.    The   winner  in  the
  19. democompo  are  often  regarded as of
  20. the   best   all  time  demo  groups.
  21. Getting  high placed there means fame
  22. forever for a group.
  23. ³If  we  then continue the scene year,
  24. we find at the easter "The Gathering"
  25. in  Norway,  where  several extremely
  26. great  demos  have been released.  It
  27. was  there  we  first  saw Spaceballs
  28. with  a  great trackmo.  This year we
  29. also  got  the  great  Kefrens desert
  30. dream trackmo.  This perhaps the most
  31. official party next to The Party.

  33. ¾If  we  continue the year we find The
  34. Assembly  in  Finland.   Also a great
  35. party  arranged  in the middle of the
  36. hot  summer.  Winners here are almost
  37. as  high  regarded  as  winner of The
  38. Gathering. 
  39.  
  40. ½These  are  the  three  major parties
  41. that  have  been  arranged  more than
  42. once.    Perhaps   if   Silents   and
  43. ¶½Phenomena  arrange  another  Computer
  44. Crossroads in Sweden in May-94 it may
  45. become also one of the great parties.

  47. ³There  seem  also  to  be  a  lack of
  48. parties during the autumn.  There was
  49. some  smaller  parties  arranged this
  50. autumn   but  none  of  them  were  a
  51. success.   The best location for that
  52. fifth  yearly party would be Northern
  53. Germany or Northern Poland.

  55. ¹That is the main events each year and
  56. they  are  a  must  for every serious
  57. scene  freak  to  attend.  (I will be
  58. attending  each  of  these partys the
  59. next year so meet ya there!)
